There is an abandoned silver sedan vehicle parked in front of my house. No one has approached the car for two days it's been parked there. The car is not known in the neighborhood.

A. I'm handicapped so I can't get out to find out what the make and model is. And I can't tell if there's a license plate. It's parked on the street with its passenger side wheels up on the curb.
