I noticed you created the request category "𝙎𝘾𝙂 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙨𝙥𝙧𝙖𝙮 𝙤𝙣 𝙢𝙮 𝙧𝙞𝙢𝙨" instead of selecting one of the categories created by our city. I know this must sound confusing, but basically, when the reporter creates a category, the issue is not assigned to any of our city's departments. I can see the following information about this request:

When an issue is assigned to one of our city's departments, we usually see something like this:

Unfortunately, this reported issue is not in the queue of any of our departments. I'm not really sure which category should be selected for this type of issue. I've never seen it before, but I'm pretty sure if one of our city's officials happens to see it, they are going to tell you to call SCG.
