poor beautiful house left to rot

I reported this on 6/20 and nothing has been done about it yet

It was so beautiful couple of years ago, what happened? Does the owner live out of state? I get so tired seeing it look so messy !

i believe he passed away, not sure why its in dismay

Inspected, property in foreclosure. Property Maintenance and Anti-Blight Notices of Violations to be issued to estate of deceased owner with notification to mortgage company, including legal firm that is handling foreclosure.

Thank-you, I’m sure Hamden will see more foreclosures - between Covid and high taxes. 🙁

The property is under new ownership and clean up has begun.
