Description
Lack of Street Sweeping Parking Enforcement. The sweeper just went by 4 cars and a Revel Scooter illegally parking in a signed prohibited parking zone on 19th St between Lakeside and Jackson (12:30PM to 3:30PM, Thursdays). Plenty of litter remains all along 19th that will end up in Lake Merritt due to a lack of enforcement.
