We are not allowed to install shades on any street lights. I suggest that you contact our engineering dept. directly to discuss possible changes to the lighting in your area. We will be replacing the old 3 bar LED fixture with a new LED fixture that is more light directing than the older ones. Hopefully this will take care of the problem.

I issued a work order this morning. I would assume that it will be given to a crew for the switch either today or tomorrow....

Street light update: I see that the fixture was charged out of stock on the 10th. I am checking now to see if they were able to get it installed yesterday. If not then it will be a few days. Crews have been in since 8pm last night working on storm damage and they will be at it for the day today. As soon as they are done they will be going home on rest time. I will update as I get information.

They were here before the rain. I thanked them for the work - on such a hot day! And very much appreciate your responsiveness as well.
