The sidewalk on the Millis Street side of Custom Auto Tops to 13 Millis Street is impassible due to overgrown trees and brush. Pedestrians are forced to walk in the street. This is especially dangerous due to the illegally parked cars often on both sides of Millis Street at the crest of the hill which Hamden police refuse to ticket.
