Description

New encampment/debris as of 8/14, on south side of Jackson St (between 5th and 6th) under 880 southbound. It appears to have large, hazardous barbed wire fencing installed as well as other debris. It's a fire hazard as well as unsightly and unsafe as it is directly outside of many residences' windows.
