Taxpayers pay, city gives funding to homeless advocates, homeless advocates line their own pockets (with high salaries, that’s why it’s called nonprofit, no profit is made Bc the salaries absorb the “profit”), the rest of the funding used to buys tents, used broken RVs, parks on city of Oakland land, police told to not enforce homelessness, vilify to police, residents have to live around garbage and continue to pay for it.
