Description
The pedestrian signal at this light changes with every light, which impedes the flow of traffic - even at night. Pedestrians maybe need to cross here at 2 or 3 light changes out of 100. It would make a lot more sense to have pedestrians push the button and wait, rather than having the pedestrian signal engage automatically at every light change.
