A crew from the Division of Streets will be on location tomorrow opening the sidewalks on the East side of Berkshire Street, making them accessible to pedestrians. This will replace the temporary coned off walkway.

Not so much, no. Even assuming the cones will be removed, there is am still an open spot that is gravel and the asphalt is neither wide enough nor meets the curb cut in a manner safe for wheelchairs.
