Description

On Mass Ave heading east from Arlington, at Cambridge line while waiting to turn left onto Alewife Brook Parkway (toward Somerville), the left turn arrow is out of synch. It usually turns green every cycle, but now it's only activating every 3rd cycle, causing back ups into Arlington. Drivers are subsequently turning left on red into incoming traffic as a result, while pedestrians are also trying to cross this major intersection. There's going to be an accident if it's not fixed.
