Description

The vehicle parked on the sidewalk blocking pedestrians and a handicapped person. She was asked to please park on the street and not on the sidewalk, her response was named calling, insults and that she was going to.park where ever she felt like. She said that no one would do anything to her for parking on the sidewalk.
