Coming from Ligon Mill, going down Caveness (towards Capital) on the right hand (North) side of Caveness, just past the driveway for the power station but before the apartments is a section of sidewalk that is almost completely over grown. It makes using the sidewalk almost impossible. It seems to be this no man's land between the apartments and the power station. Please clear the over growth so that the side walk is useable and the pathway is open.
