Description
This mini van with license plate #5YVY306 parked on our clean block and just cleaned out his van into the gutter and onto the sidewak (I know my block was trash free because it was recently cleaned by me). He looks as though he is living in it-he can not stay on my block littering outside my door. Please send police to knock on his car or tell him to pick up his trash and leave. I tried to and he locked his door ignoring me.
What ever happened to issuing $1000. Fines for littering?
The city could make a lot of money they need.
