答 Violations are numerous: peeling paint, unsafe wooden fire escape, broken windows and deteriorating rear porch. The owner or manager is local; tax bills are being sent to 104 Ryckman Avenue. There is a "for sale' sign in the front yard, but Zillow claims it is off market. If anyone is living in the property, they are living in unsafe conditions
