This is a terrible intersection that needs to be completely rethought/reconfigured. Multiple near-misses from a combination of this issue, people trying to make u-turns where none is possible (but the city refuses to put up a "No U-Turn" sign) and delivery pick-up drivers stopping in the street.

I’ve seen a bicyclist hit at this intersection before. She was in the bike lane and the car zipped right up to the street and clipped her.
