Description

Building has faulty fire alarms/smoke detectors which go off at all hours of the day and night. OFD has been called out before due to a malfunctioning alarm in an empty apartment. It is a noise nuisance to the entire block and will potentially cause a safety issue if alarms go off for no reason and are never turned off -- people will ignore it. There was a serious fire at this apartment building two years ago and a resident died. Now, all the alarms go off all the time.
