Does anyone know who the owner of 38 Clark St is? And can reach out to them? There is a garbage/sanitation issue which has been going on for weeks. Trash cans are left on the sidewalk loaded with discarded food garbage, which then is scattered all over the road, sidewalk, blows onto other properties and even their porch steps. I cleaned up the road and sidewalk today of food garbage but didn’t want to be so intrusive as to go on the actual property or move their trash cans,but neighbors are reporting seeing large rats around the house daily now due to the ongoing availability of unsecured trash cans and food. If a resident is having a health issue and can’t bring their cans in and out or clean up the property of the trash scattered,some of us neighbors can pitch in and do it for them if needed.
