The trash build up is disgusting. Also there is a new memorial with open flame candles on the corner on the public sidewalk area. It is against the law to place anything on public sidewalks and tree belt.

Thanks for the info about Public Memorials. So sad that that grievers have no sacred place to show their grief besides a garbage strewn curb, but perhaps they want the public to suffer as they are despite whatever our own private grief might be, they have freedom to add to ours with their display.

Housing Code has discussed this with the property manager and this will be cleaned up.
