Description
This is the same disabled vehicle in the same location we have been complaining about for weeks. The owners have been storing it on the street in front of 335 Ellsworth for going on 7 weeks now. The car was never moved during the parking ban, and the parking area in front of 335 Ellsworth was never plowed as a result of this violation. You have issued them 2 citations, but all they do is brush the snow off the car to make it look as if it is being used, when in fact, it cannot run. They even pushed it forward 3 feet to make it look as if it been moved. They are obviously refusing to move it away from this property front, and they do not live here. We who live here are being forced to live with the consequences of their persistent violation. The car has been disabled since the end of October, and they have been storing it on the street since then. Every once in a while they push it to a different house, but it is obvious this situation will not change unless the city intervenes in an effective manner. This is the same black sedan, license plate CT AY 76443, with front end damage including an unsecured bumper, donut tire on left front, and broken windshield, upper left side. WE DEMAND RELIEF!!!
