For the first time ever, snow is not being cleared on the High Street sidewalk at the eastern end of the private parking lot behind the Yale Center for British Art. As a handicap New Haven citizen, I have been forced to exit from my residence at 32 High Street into the street as my mobility scooter cannot go through snow safely. This has now happened with all the snow storms in the past few months. Also, the handicap street to sidewalk areas on the NW and NE side of the Chapel - High St are not cleared where the access is. There is a step up from the street to the side walk...again forcing me to have to ride in the street which is very dangerous.
