Resident called in to ask that this property be inspected for a car that is always parked in the sidewalk area of the driveway. With the heavy snow around already blocking most sidewalks, this is very inconsiderate. Please notify them of the issue. Thank you.

This may be a police enforcement matter (vehicular matters). We will inspect first and refer if necessary.
