City of New Haven assigned this issue to Rebecca Bombero, Deputy Chief Administrative Officer

Cleaning out some old requests and DPW identified this request for the CAO's Office. Thanks for your report. Since the update of the City's Noise and Trash Haulers ordinances this June we can now better address these concerns by requesting GPS documentation to investigate, before we would have had to have staff on site to witness. We have noted this complaint for our files. In the future please report into the Private Trash Haulers category so that an investigation can be be completed within the required time frames.
