OMG I'm wheelchair-confined for the time being, and thankfully didn't need to pass thru at this time, but would have been seriously angry if I had to wheel into Howe St.- where I've been hit by a car 2x, and a trailer pulled by a tour-bus 1x when I could bicycle. NOT courteous, safe, legal, or acceptable.
