Please put the garbage cans back at the Fort Hale Park main pavilion. People are leaving trash on the ground as there are no containers.

I'd ask more,why are people such arseholes as to leave their trash on the ground like children? GROW UP. If you brought the trash with you, you can take it home with you too.
