Whos dumb idea was it to make composting mandatory? This city keeps coming up more and more rules and regulations.. Pretty soon you wont be able to breath without it being a regulation!! I just throw scraps in the trash where they belong!

Hey Gill--I've been composting for fun and profit for decades. You might say it's the only hobby of mine that I've enjoyed doing while alive and expect to continue doing for years afterward.

To answer your question, Gil, a whole lot of scientists.
Composting or recycling isn’t that hard, it’s just a matter of getting used to it.
For bonus points, your trash doesn’t get smelly, or full, so you don’t have to take it out as often.
It’s also far less heavy, so less work.

But why is the missing liner in a residential compost bin a city SeeClickFix when the city isn’t the one picking up the compost? That’s the issue

Maybe the city payd for it to be picked up?

I contacted my landlord and they are taking care of contacting the company directly. Sorry, i thought this was a city pickup.
