This continues to be an issue. Nothing has been done since it was reported.

The garbage should be picked up tomorrow.

Staff will follow up with the property manager.

Garbage is taken at least a couple of days before pick up. Also, bags that are not inside the trash cans or next to them are not picked up by the city workers which it is the right thing to do. This is the property manager’s responsibility as well as the property occupants.

Not much improvement here, the garbage in front of this house is still a problem. This is without reporting the amount of vehicles that visit on daily basis blocking neighbors’ driveways without remorse. They also have a few ducks/swans just walking around the back and front yard leaving their feces around including the sidewalk.

Last week they took the trash cans out after the trucks came. Those cans sat in the sidewalk for an entire week, the odor was so strong that was going inside the houses every time the wind was blowing. This situation is absolutely ridiculous. By the time the trucks came, a week after; bags were broken and trash was blown everywhere. Totally disgusting and unsanitary, something needs to be done about this situation. To make matters worse tenants’ family/friends come from other places to throw trash in there too and they don’t live there. It seems that for a few people, they generate the amount of trash that others will generate in a month just in less than a week.

This situation continues to be an issue . The tenants are a huge problem. The owners are sending people to check and clean when it’s time for trash collection. However, after the property workers come to clean the tenants continue to throw trash in the sidewalk and outside of the trash bins. The amount of people that come to the house is also totally out of control. Sometimes they bring trash bags with them to throw in there. Police should also take notice since too many cars stop, go inside one of the apartments and leave within minutes or stay inside the cars drinking. Many times blocking neighbors driveways and leaving trash behind. This definitely adds to the problem as well.

The management company is monitoring the trash issue.

Trash pick up was Friday and yesterday all that trash was already there. Tenants are always littering as well on sidewalk and on the street.

Took a walk down the street and the garbage and filth was ridiculous! Why is Mandy company not being fined? There are families on this street and the total disregard for safety and sanitation issues go unaddressed! Notifying the slum lord does nothing.

Garbage out since 12/26 day after the collection. This doesn’t stop. Something needs to be done.

The filth around this property is shameful! Every week piles of trash strewn around the curb and sidewalk. A health hazard for the neighbors!

It is absolutely shameful. As the wind blows all the trash moves to the neighbors’ houses. It is so embarrassing when visitors come around and disgusting to be picking up trash that belongs to someone else. They need to be fined!

This property continues to have the same issue with garbage disposal control.

A reinspection of the property will occur.

This is how this property still looks like. Nobody has done anything about it. Both landlord and tenants should take responsibility for it. Neighbors should not be paying the consequences of careless tenants/landlord by picking up their trash that gets blown everywhere or by having uninvited pests that get welcomed by having all this trash. Trash is usually all around not just inside the bins. This is even with them having more bins than they should be allowed. This is a 2 family house with about 4 regular trash collection bins. Something needs to be done ASAP.

We were informed the occupants are being evicted due to the trash issue.

The occupants were informed not to put trash out unless it's in the garbage can. Staff have monitored this location. Issue resolved.
