House had fire over six month ago. Still has tarp on roof and no repairs have been done. There is no one living there and it is uninhabitable.
Per Code:
Any structure found in violation of
Sarasota County Code, Section 22-34
(3) due to fire, abandonment and/or
dilapidation and has become unfit/unsafe
needs to be rehabilitated or demolished.
