Tree is growing into sidewalk and front yard of 149 Cove St. Roots have overtaken sidewalk and growing under entire front and side lawn making improvement impossible. Also limbs are hanging over roof and move substantially during winds. Please contact owner asap to determine what help the city can provide to rectify.
