Street sign bent. Needs repair.

Remove, compact, prep and pave a 8' failed section of sidewalk due to rotted tree roots.

Please pick up dead animal on GPA @ Rivard Rd. Per Needham Police Dept.

Repair berm damage in front of home including between driveway to #1 and neighbor home.

Roadway is delaminating in cul-de-sac. Please investigate and repair.

Damage done during winter operations. Remove approximately 12" of loam behind sidewalk and widen sidewalk for better alignment. See attached picture.

On the corner of Washburn Ave just before Great Plain Ave (new home) the "No Parking" sign is laying on the ground. Please re-install with a new anchor/post. Cone has been placed over hazard in berm.

Please straighten out the Canterbury Lane at South St sign that is leaning over onto the sidewalk.

Clean up berm/ yard damage at 682 Great Plain Ave.

Remove 2' granite roundings and dive transition stones at driveway. Homeowner has blown out two tires due to hitting curbing .

Re-install the "Faculty Parking" sign that was knocked down during plowing operations off Webster St.

Please install 1 "Stop" sign on Damon Road north of Tanglewood Road and 1 "Stop" sign on Damon Road south of Tanglewood Road. See Engineering for diagram.

Please install a "Right Turn On Red After Stop" sign on Webster Street northbound at High Street. See Engineering for diagram.

Please install two "School Pedestrian Crossing" signs and two "Advance School pedestrian crossing" signs for the crosswalk crossing Great Plain Ave at the intersection of Pinewood Rd and Greenwood Ave. See Engineering for diagram.

Please install 2 "2 Hour Parking both sides of street, 9 AM- 3 PM, Mon-Fri" signs on the east side of Marshall St; and, 2 "2 Hour parking both sides of street, 9 AM - 3 PM, Mon - Fri" signs on Gage St, one on the east side North of Great Plain Ave and one on the north side west of Marshall St. See Engineering for diagram.

Please install "2-Way" tabs below the existing "Stop" signs on Maple St at the Oak St intersection. See Engineering for diagram.

Please install one "No Trucks" (graphic) sign with left arrow tab on Central Ave Northbound opposite Pine Street and one "One-Way" sign on Pine Street opposite the dog park exit. For more info or diagram see Engineering.

Please install one "No Parking Here To Corner" sign on each side of Walnut Street at the intersection of Linden St. See Engineering for diagram.

Please replace the old faded May street sign mounted to the telephone pole with a new sign on a break away post.
