At 3:00 am there was a loud crash of glass breaking. This morning there is a broken window on the second floor of the apartment located at 54 Spruce St. This apartmen building is a blight and there are multiple reported drug activities occuring here regularly.
There is glass from the broken window all over the sidewalk on the northeast corner of S. Winooski. This needs to be cleaned up.
The apartment stairs and porches on the Spruce Street side appear unsafe and are falling apart. This building needs to be evaluated for safe occupancy as well.
