I don't feel safe in my neighborhood when i am walking my leashed dogs and unleashed dogs can approach my dogs. In a few instances, the owners of the unleashed dogs do not have control over their dogs. By the time I could contact animal control and they would arrive, unfortunately the situation may be too late. This has an impact on my quality of life in this town.
