This overgrown mess of a house has a commercial trailer parked in front of the house along with a little covered trailer. City ordinances don't allow parking of trailers in front yards or side yards in view of the street.

Codes is always out to this property and should check on it on a regular basis since they are big violators and bring down our property values.

This house constantly has 5 to 6 cars at a time parked in the alley, usually blocking it for short periods of time. In addition, garbage and trash constantly litter this falling apart house. Lastly, as I was taking the trash out a few nights ago I believe I saw a drug deal in the back of the property. I no longer feel safe living near these constantly changing neighbors.

There is flooding around the 5000 block of Dr MLK Jr St N primary impacting the Southbound lanes.

This property is vacant and not being cared for, you can’t even see a sidewalk.
Please help this is an eyesore to our neighborhood.

This property continues to be an eye sore. The yard grows for weeks and there is no maintenance at this property. I don’t believe is occupied given the state of this property.

The woman at this address walks her dog twice a day down my street. Her dog poops in my yard and others. When I politely asked her to pick up after her dog this is what I got.

We have petitioned for a speed bump on our street and it finally went through, however the signs have been up and road has been marked for 2 months and still no speed bump has been installed. Can we get a time frame? Thank You

lawn and weeds need cutting again

This property is constantly an eyesore on our otherwise pristine block. Where do I begin? 1. There is a pile of garbage behind the hedges that has been there since CHRISTMAS. 2. There are constantly anywhere from 5-10 cars parked either in the grass, their dirt pit, or in the middle of the road. 3. They have an animal cage that is beautifully decorated with several dilapidated and poorly degraded tarps. 4. I suspect that there is a dog that lives in this caged enclosure that may be poorly kept. 5. Their lawn care business frequently parks their vehicles in the middle of the road, blocking traffic that is attempting to turn on to 52nd Avenue from 16th Street North. I hate driving past this property every day. To my knowledge, this property is zoned single family residential; it is not zoned as a landfill. Please make the property owner clean up this dump.
