    The filter cleaning at the NE sewer plant this weekend produced excessively loud noise that could be heard for blocks and blocks away. Surely, the city violated its own noise ordinance. It's not clear why this wasn't done during the weekday instead of both Sat. and Sun.mornings on the first glorious fall days of the year when residents could open their windows.

    We lost another beloved peacock a few days ago due to a speeding car. I think most of the neighbors in the area would agree that they are a unique and beautiful addition to our city. Would it be possible for the city to put up some type of signage/flashing light to caution drivers? Thank you for your consideration.

    The intersection at Elbow Lane & ParkSt N needs a signal light. We have almost been hit several times trying to cross the street. The mayor came to Jungle Prada association meeting two years ago. He said funding had already been approved for this light to be installed. When will it be done.

    Can we please look at having a no parking sign installed here at the intersection of Jungle Avenue & Elbow Lane? This is a blind curve and the view has been consistently blocked by cars parking on the street within the curve of the intersection. It forces drivers to go around the parked vehicles and face oncoming vehicles coming from the other direction around the curve. Cars should not be allowed to park on the street on this blind curve.

    900 Park, a private residence is continuously being rented out for loud outdoor parties. 2-3 times a month during fall an spring. The venue is clearly being used as a commercial property, even though it is in a residential neighborhood.

    Would like the city to look at making this section of road that runs along the entrance to Admiral Farragut a school zone. Several children from the area ride their bikes to school and there is nothing to slow traffic along this stretch of road that must be crossed in order to get onto school property. Often people use this road as a cut through from 9th Avenue to Park Street and may not be aware that there are children on bikes in the area. It is very dangerous for the children trying to ride to school.

    Large silver/gray tarp covering most of the southern portion of roof. Very visible heading north. There is at least a 2nd tarp, if not 3rd, located on the eastern structure, the detached garage & semi-finished structure, which is viewable from the usable alley. Roofs appear past due for replacement.
