    Trash is being thrown at the dumpster by these tennants and causing rodent, roach, and ant problems. The stench is bad and causes nausea. The debris blows into my yard and it's disgusting. It's despicable how taxes continue to go up and service goes down.

    I appreciate the new markers in attempt to direct traffic appropriately, but I drive this every morning and every morning I witness car after car speeding down the right-hand lane and then continuing to turn left. I watched 3 near accidents this morning alone (one including myself!) I also witnessed a cyclist being hit by a car doing exactly this about a month ago. Perhaps a red light here would be helpful? Even police presence, especially in the morning commute? This is a major area of concern that has scared me enough now that I will be taking another route to drop my children off each morning.
