A Police car has been yard parking. This has just started a few weeks ago.

The property at 4949 6th Avenue S is overgrown and unsightly. This seems to be an ongoing problem with the property being unsightly especially with our continued rainy season. Also it is extremely evident that there is continual front lawn parking.

There is unsafe and un permited construction behind house.Also intends to run power to this structure.

this person has been warned about parking on the front lawn but continue to get away with it

Resident stated that potholes are presenting at the noted location. They requested road condition review and repair.

Dog is kept outside in back yard living in an broken down neglected dog house. The situation is inhumane treatment of an animal. The broken down decaying dog house could soon attract rodents which will create another problem unless addressed immediately. Additionally the fence around the property damaged, unstable and unsightly.

Over-grown lawn, grass and weeds now approaching 4 feet in height. This house is neglected and a neighbor blight. Taxpayers are working hard to improve Westminster Heights and to allow this to go this long is a slap in the face to those who try and change the neighborhood image.
