    Located on the intersection of 98th Ave and San Leandro Ave. Appears that the section was opened then patched but the pavement depressed. Slows down traffic when making a left towards 98th Ave heading in the direction of the airport.

    On Russet, between 105th and Moore Park, there is a homeless encampment that is getting bigger by the day. Now they're bringing in vehicles. They cut the city gate to get inside. They're under the train tracks. There are children living there. Also they're dismantling cars. I've called the police twice, and no one has come. They're doing prostitution and doing drugs. I've also reported to Union Pacific. My biggest concern is the children, who should I call? There is garbage everywhere.

    There is garbage everywhere. All kinds of garbage. Rotting food household trash burned debris and tons of other stuff. Watch the video and see for yourself. If I lived in the house next to where this garbage was I would be furious.

    Wow, they took over the whole tracks under the bart tracks by the railroad tracks on San Leandro St. They got garbage in the streets , car parts that are stripping, garbage across the street where they’re throwing their buckets of @#$% and P making it smell like the sewage backed up. They’re even stealing power from the pole lights, that has knocked out a couple of our neighbors houses power. Extension cord across the street that can cause a fire.

    Tires and other debris filling up the doorway and planter box. It's been there more than a week - is this the new normal? I noticed in the paper that Waste Management, in compensation for changing the pricing on its composting scheme to make economic sense for restaurants, will now be even slower at picking up illegally dumped items on Oakland's streets. This is not an acceptable trade-off. If composting doesn't make sense, we shouldn't bother with it. But the streets of this city are a mess, with heaps of rotting debris piled high. Neglecting them even more so we can all feel "green" shows where the city government's misplaced priorities lie.

    Abandoned vehicle has been on residential street for more than 10 consecutive days in same spot. RV has expired tags of April 2020 and license plate of 7FVU661. Have seen ladders on side at night which is major street hazard if it fell into street. Have not seen the owner or people. Major concern for neighborhood as daycare is 4 houses down the street and this vehicle may attract others RVs and Buses as it has across the street with 3 other cars abandoned (White Honda/Green Saturn/Brown VW with broken windows (5KHOA2)).
    Please address immediately and tow or move RV vehicle.
