    There are sidewalk ramps for pedestrians to cross both Rich Street and 42nd Street at the Rich/42nd St. intersection and pedestrians frequently cross in both directions, but there are no crosswalks. Since the street has just been repaved at the locations of both crossings (Rich Street and 42nd Street), and since the City will be adding the crosswalks to other locations along 42nd Street, it seems an ideal time to add crosswalks at these crossing, thereby improving the safety of the many pedestrians who cross at those locations.

    All of this debris, human feces, blocking the public sidewalk and making it inaccessible and unsafe for pedestrians to walk on, therefore causing children walking to school to walk into the street to get to pass by. This is a huge public safety issue and is unacceptable.

    An immense amount of trash, human feces, used and exposed hypodermic needles, trash, and waste covering both the east and west bound sidewalks and street. I have two children that walk this path to school every day and it is unacceptable that the city allows this to take place. The people that are living in the RV's that haven't moved in weeks are the result of this.

    The homeless encampment on 42nd st under the freeway seems to have fallen off the city cleaning schedule. Both sidewalks are full, debris everywhere, massive piles of garbage. Dozens of tents. It seems they could really use waste bins and a portable toilet seeing as there are probably 30-40 people. The road has become very dangerous for cyclists because its basically become a one lane road through.

    HUGE piles of trash blocking sidewalks on both sides of the street. Several men live under the overpass and urinate and deficate in this area as well causing an extremely unsanitary condition for pedestrians and nearby residents.
    This tunnel has been cleaned up before but the illegal dumping never stops.

    Address approximate. Both sides of the entire 42nd Street underpass are buried beneath trash and illegally parked vehicles - some of which are up on jack stands. It's an unsafe area to walk through.
