Now the road is severely affected by the landslide.

Manhattan ave between central ave and sherman ave is in very bad shape. I drive thru this ave every day and i fear that my vehicle will incur some serious damage due to uneven street. full street is in such condition as per the picture

Sip Avenue from Corbin Avenue to Kennedy Blvd is full of uneven pavement and potholes from MUA repairs. when will it be repaved

2nd Request - Bike lane, bus stop and sidewalk are constantly flooded. All three converge in this one place and anytime it rains, there is a huge puddle…forcing bikes and people to ride/walk unsafely into the street. 1st request was filed under flooding, picked up by JCMUA, but requested to be resubmitted as a resurfacing request.

Cement from a nearby construction site (80 Romaine) has mixed with the mud from the same construction site and is all over the street, particularly heavy at this site
This needs to be cleaned up The whole block is a muddy, cement covered mess

New building construction on 2nd and Provost has destroyed the pavement in front of their building and nearby. Recently did a stingy paving job and didn't fix all the damage they caused. Please make them fix it - it's a fall hazard for scooters. You can see 2 huge irregularities around the front and back of the white car.

Can you resurface the street so the asphalt meets the driveway curb?

Entire Newkirk alleyway/corridor (approaching Bergen) is in need of repavement. Please add to this ASAP. Thank you!

Utility work has been done on Montgomery St. from Bergen Ave. to Jordan Ave. Requesting repaving and stripping for traffic and bike lane.

Good afternoon, I would like to report a pothole that keeps growing in front of our house creating a small pond in front of the house with the increasing amount of rainfall. I would kindly ask in help fixing the issue. TY.
