Hello,

Request for new street pavement for a small street called Reserve Avenue or Street. It is located in between an auto body shop and the home 33 Western Avenue). This is a small street that needs new street pavement because the street has problems.

Second, request for new pavement for Western Avenue starting at the corner from Manhattan Avenue to Lincoln Street. This street has uneven pavement and the request is to have new pavement in order to improve the block and driving. This is a busy road that gets traffic from Tonnelle Avenue and Manhattan Avenue.

These are the two requests that I have to have new road pavement in order to improve the driving condition and neighborhood.

Are they planning on resurfacing communipaw ave BTW jfk and westside. There are many potholes and sinking parts of the road.

Uneven pavement. Street cleaners always avoid resulting in accumulation of trash.

Still not fixed. Was told contractor was notified but nothing became of it. Please advise!

Background: JC MUA performed lead water line test/replacement on entire block but broke or left the cast iron water line access opening full detached after the work was completed. This opening should have been screwed and closed shut to prevent exposing the line to further damage from pedestrians, inclement weather as well as potentially being trip hazard. Please rectify ASAP. Thank you!
