I see the phase 1 list does not have Russell Street listed. This street is like a roller coaster and is damaging our cars because of the road condition. I have had several tires go flat because of all the bad road conditions. This costs extra to repair cars and replace tires. With the large tax increase we pay in New Haven, this road needs to be included in phase I.

I agree every year This part of Russell is not on the list. It needs to be paved and have speed bumps
