How long will this take the SW District Station to address? It's been over 5 weeks. There are cops driving in and out of the same driveway from the Rite-Aid/Chik-Fil-A every day to patronize the Chik-Fil-A so it should be easy to have someone take a look-see and a few short notes. Come on, folks -- we can do better than this.

Agree - still a big issue when pulling onto Smallwood from Smedes Pl too - cars are always parked right up to the intersection and you have to pull into the middle of the road to see if traffic is coming. Need to implement marked parking spaces if no one is going to enforce the legal parking distances.

The Raleigh Police Department has responded. This complaint was checked around lunchtime with not violations discovered near the Rite Aid entrance. One vehicle was cited at the Smedes Pl. / Smallwood Drive intersection. We will send out to all the beat officers to monitor.
