Beschreibung

Please enforce parking on the 46th St between Market St and Linden St as per the sign on the second Monday and Tuesday. Please enforce parking even on cars that do not have license plates because many stolen cars are abandoned here. I've even seen many parking enforcers skip cars without license plates.
