Description

Landscape contractor or city weed again weed-wacked the landscaping, destroying twenty flowering stalks of milkweed and twelve sunflower hedges. Contractor was also seen spraying herbicide despite signs saying not to because this is an OFFICIAL ADOPT-A-SPOT location managed by volunteers. Contractors are not supposed to be doing anything between 18th and 16th st except mowing the grass
