Landlord at 54 Winchester has not maintained building. There is a giant hole in the fascia below roof edge / soffit (see photo). It has never been repaired and now we have animals living inside the hole. Gutter fell off building a long time ago and was never repaired. Front porch lights don’t come on either. Does the city require the entry lighting to be on and working at night (this is a common area). Hoping the city can please inspect and notify landlord / owner to please finally repair.
