there is a very large silver maple tree that has become a hazard by lifting up the sidewalk with its large trunk and roots. We notice many passerby's having trouble traversing this part of the sidewalk and it is completely impassable to wheelchairs, people using walkers, and strollers. There are several elderly people on the street who have to walk into the road to avoid the uneven sidewalk. We are hoping this tree could be put on the list for adding a sidewalk around it for the safety of pedestrians, especially when snow and ice add to the safety factor.
