Description

traffic and Parking sent out post cards for residents to renew their parking permits but when I logged on this is what residents see:

Option 1 Renewal: 2021 Resident Parking Permit, I have a 2020 permit
Option 2 Renewal: 2021 Visitor Parking Permit (no vehicle), I have a 2020 permit
Option 3: New 2021 Resident or Visitor Parking permit, I do not have a 2020 Resident or Visitor Parking Permit

Come on. Are they so all busy messing up North Mass Ave that they cannot pay attention to their other duties?
