Description

Homeless encampment along this vacant building shooting up drugs, drinking, tents, littering, dumping mattresses, furniture, trash, food containers everywhere and on the center bus section in the middle of the road. Fire was set a couple weeks ago to a mattress and debris. One day that building will be on fire if these people are not removed soon. They are next to an auto body paint shop. Can you imagine that catching on fire with all the paint in there and the Gas Station across from the shop! WHO OWNS THIS BUILDING WHERE THEY HAVE SET UP CAMP IN FRONT OF IT? Please locate the owner of this property, or City of Oakland could be the owners.
These homeless are accumulating more and more homeless people every day, and they walk around half-naked on the busy street of International Boulevard between 103rd Ave & 102nd Ave. This has been reported many times and need to be addressed and removed and find a solution to keep them away. Also dumping trash at corner of the gas station. They are a site for sore eyes on this busy street blocking traffic as they cross over illegally to one side of the street to the other. This is Bringing down our property values, and we are taxpayers. Please take care of this issue ASAP before things get even worse than what they are in this location.
