Description

Utility work was done on the east side of Franklin St just north of 14th St, but this pavement patch in the crosswalk and right in line with bicycle traffic entering the bike lane is very uneven, and could cause somebody to trip or a bicyclist to crash. Please send the utility crew back to this location to fix the pavement.
