Are they obstructing wheelchairs or strollers?

Hi I am the home owner at 79 Gore street. Please note that I do not have plants outside my home. Neither does 71 or 73. So let’s narrow this.
The Gore street project isn’t completed.
In the picture I have provided the walkway to the left is now ADA compliant. Anyone with mobility issues should go that way.
The walkway mentioned by the complaint, a person cannot stand with two feet side by side without going into the tree well. So no way can a wheel chair fit or a stroller get by, etc.
When I walk by that intersection I opt to take the wider walkway just to the left of it.
When the project expanded the tree wells they made the landing outside of 75 narrower. It’s about a foot deep. One neighbor has already fallen in another tree well and got a hairline fracture on her foot. My neighbors are presently trying to discourage people from walking by that narrow path in front of their houses so no one gets hurt. They are being proactive and out of concern for others they came up with that temporary solution.
We already have contacted the Gore Street project managers about this in hopes they will expand that landing.

I live at 77 and removed the pot of purple mums in question from the sidewalk. Please let us know the plan to discourage people from walking through the tree well until the flexi-pavers/tree well covers are installed.

Thank you for reporting this issue to us. We neglected to close it at the time. The obstructions appear to have been removed. Any obstruction that creates a sidewalk width that does not meet ADA standards can be reported here as a Botanical Obstruction.
